In the early 80’s, after different attempts, the “società impianti a fune val Biosi”, was given the permission to build two ski lifts and a hotel provided with bar and restaurant.

Being the resort named “pian della Sussistenza” they decided to call the complex “Sussy Residence”
After a while the complex was sold to different owners and divided into several flats.

The prospect of renewing the ski lifts will give this area a new prosperity for winter and summer seasons in the near future
